[Gdal-dev] Missing aaigriddataset.o on make

I just tried copying aaigriddataset.o from  /frmts/aaigrid/ to /frmts/o/ 
and doing a "make" again. This time it is reporting not finding 
/adrgdataset.o/ under /frmts/o/. I suspect this could go on and on! Is 
anyone able to explain what is going wrong?
