I seem to have problems in configures libdap version guess.

On a current CentOS 5.4, x86_64, with some packages taken from EPEL 
(http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL) and the attachen spec file, I come

The installed libdap is libdap-3.7.8-1.el5.1, whereas it seems that 
./configure guesses 3.9 is installed, see attached config.log, where 
LIBDAP_39 gets defined.
