[gdal-dev] OGR Data Source Change Notifications

We're trying to set up FalconView to redraw automatically when a PostGIS
table changes.  Does OGR have any facility for call backs when a data source
changes?  I can't find this feature, but maybe it's there somehow.  Thanks.
