is gdalwarp/ogr2ogr -t_srs "+proj=tmerc +lat_0=0 +lon_0=9 +k=1.000000
+x_0=3500000 +y_0=0 +ellps=bessel +units=m +nadgrids=./HeTa2010.gsb +wktext" -
s_srs "+proj=utm +zone=32 +ellps=GRS80 +datum=WGS84 +units=m" ... not working
for you?
The default EPSG:25832 can also be written as "+proj=tmerc +lat_0=0 +lon_0=9
+k=0.9996 +x_0=500000 +y_0=0 +ellps=WGS84 +units=m +wktext"
