[gdal-dev] GDAL/OGR 1.8.0beta1 Released

Folks,

I somehow got busy with the holidays and didn't get the
GDAL/OGR 1.8.0 beta1 out last weekend.  I've taken a few
minutes to prepare a beta1 snapshot and put it up.  I'd
appreciate bug reports via Trac.
