[gdal-dev] ogr2ogr .SHP to .KML conversion problem

No, this was not packages of 1.7.0 but 1.7.0dev of several months ago. I've 
removed them from the site to avoid any confusion. Hopefully the UbuntuGIS 
team will package 1.7.0 now it is released.
