[gdal-dev] buiding gdal with Visual C++ 2008

Martin,

This is more of a VS problem. I had similar, but not the same,
problems on my system.
Try to do a 'rebuild' instead of 'build'.
If this doesn't solve the problem, just follow the error messages or
google "File already exists or cannot be found." or other error
messages.
