[gdal-dev] JasPer issues on Ubuntu 9.10

Folks,

Users of Ubuntu 9.10 who use JasPer runtime may be interested of
bug report asking to backport fix for GeoJP2 problem  to Ubuntu 9.10
(in development Lynx it seems to be fixed):

I have no idea what is Ubuntu policy regarding this,
but may be the patch will be fixed (perhaps Ubuntu/GIS
community response would help in this)
