[gdal-dev] OGR and SpatiaLite

Brent,
MS4W 3 Beta 10's OGR was not build with that -DHAVE_SPATIALITE. Next version would have it (bug refernece: http://bugzilla.maptools.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2167)
