Hi,

I have used OSSIM for building histogram matched mosaics and I am sure you can
do what you want with OSSIM but it may take some time to learn how. Have a look
at document http://download.osgeo.org/ossim/docs/pdfs/ImageLinker_Tutorial.pdf
and see if it is interesting.
