In addendum, I've tried it using both gdal_translate utility and GDAL C#
bindings - result stays the same. Image looks like scattered resulting image
"stripes". Width of each stripe equals to <SizeX> WMS parameter, but there's
no "distorsion" on <SizeY> axis.

Testing is being performed on Tamas' (MSVC2010 (Win32) -stable /
release-1600-gdal-1-8-mapserver-6-0) GDAL build.
