[gdal-dev] error adding ecw on Ubuntu 10.4 (lucid)

If that doesn't work, going back to what Even said earlier:
1. create a gdal_plugins.conf file in /etc/ld.so.conf.d/ with one
line: /usr/lib/gdal17plugins
2. sudo ldconfig
