[gdal-dev] NuGet package for GDAL C# bindings

Felix,

Not sure I clearly understand the benefit, though it may be due to my lack
of knowledge in NuGet.
Is this just another way how to deploy the compiled binaries or something
to be incorporated in the GDAL build process?
