[gdal-dev] read S57 files from OGR

Hi! Sorry for my English. I trying read s-57 files by OGR. But its parsing
into geometry layers (points, lines e.t.c.) instead objects (DEPARE, COALNE
e.t.c.). CSV files drop into *.exe directory.
