Folks,

Somewhat belatedly I declare the above motion passed with
support from Frank, Howard, Even, Daniel, Tamas and a
non-PSC vote of confidence from Kyle.

I'd complete the contractual arrangements and but I believe
we can consider Chaitanya "on the job" now.
