[gdal-dev] Ignore geometry_columns table in VRT

   Hmm.  I did the same thing with spatial data in a non-spatial version 
of SQL Server (via ODBC), using a VRT within a .map file. Not sure if I 
had any polygons; maybe just points and lines. Must be a bug....
