[gdal-dev] Unable to open GRIB file

As far as I know is a raster.

You can get it from:

http://www.qlands.com/other_files/2011-01.grib

This grib is only one record from the whole file and it contains maximum 
temperature for the whole world.

The following is the wgrib ./2011-01.grib -V  of the file
