[gdal-dev] New OGR driver: Imageset

Hey,

I really like the idea. But the first thing that came to my mind was graphs
(images) instead of photographs. So i would love to see it being general
enough so that your not limited to a photo with EXIF data.

See for example something like this:
http://www.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/products/global_monitoring/temperature/weur_90temp.shtml
http://www.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/products/global_monitoring/temperature/weur_90temp.shtml 

You could of course write your own 'fake' EXIF to any image file, that would
be a workaround.
