[gdal-dev] [WFS Driver] Http Error Code 414

Hi
I tried to submit a POST request with the KVP form to an ArcGIS Server 10.0
but in response I've got an XML Parsing error.

 Do I need to translate the KVP form of the url into an XML form ?
