[gdal-dev] gdaltransform with gcps from file

Jan,

   Dunno about using the <srcfile> parameter in gdaltransform, but while 
using gdal_translate, I have used the "--optfile" option and put 
multiple "-gcp" commands in it. Perhaps it would work with gdaltransform 
too...
