[gdal-dev] gdalwarp and mosaic

hey

im all new with gdal library, and i want to merge 2 series of multiple tiff
images (one is about 700 images and the other about 2500!!! ) i dont know
how can i do that, or even if thats possible or how many images i can merge
at once,
as i said i know almost nth about this library, and any help
is appreciated :)
