[gdal-dev] MULTILINESTRING to MULTIPOLYGON using ogr2ogr

I want a command line tool to do the same thing that "Feature to Polygon"
of ArcGIS or Polygonizer plugin of Quantum GIS does. Is there any tool for
this?
