[gdal-dev] Get list of all available SRS

Thanks Frank.  Sorting/organisation is not a big deal in this case.  They will be presented in a list which dynamically changes according to search text as it is typed.  So a simple alphabetical sort should be fine if I can't come up with any better scheme.
