[gdal-dev] regarding DGN v8

Hi

I have to use  DGN v8  .OGR supports DGN v7 but not DGN v8 so  I was
wondering if there is some way to extend OGR so that it can support the DGN
v8 files. If not ,can anyone suggest some other library for DGN
v8(preferably open source)
