As documented in nmake.opt, adding POPPLER_0_23_OR_LATER=YES in nmake.local
should fix it. Upgrade both your GDAL trunk and poppler git to the latest
versions. Support for the latest poppler git is in the very last revisions of
GDAL trunk.
