It is only *one* of the odd GML formats of NLS. There are a few much more
complicated ones for cadastrial data. The starting point of the schmemas is
on an open server
http://xml.nls.fi/XML/Schema/sovellus/ktjkii/modules/kiinteistotietojen_kyselypalvelu_WFS/Asiakasdokumentaatio/Kuvaus/DescribeFeatureType.xml
This docements poinst to other schemas which can be accessed only thought a
secured WFS server. I guess I do not make a big crime by revealing that the
beginning of the "TYPENAME=ktjkiiwfs:PalstanTietoja" contains references to
nine more schmemas which are at least mostly on an open server again and
they look like this
http://xml.nls.fi/XML/Schema/sovellus/ktjkii/modules/kiinteistorekisteri/tietopalvelu/aineistopalvelu/source/xml/fi/nls/ktjkii/aineistopalvelu/schema/tyypit_aineistopalvelu.xsd
I somehow feel that better than to fiddle with the standard GML driver would
be to make a special NLS driver which would support reading the topological
data first but could be extended later to support also cadastrial data from NLS.
