[gdal-dev] Config option OSM_CONFIG_FILE missing from wiki

Hi, 

Wiki page http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/wiki/ConfigOptions is listing a whole
bunch of different config options but not OSM_CONFIG_FILE.

Meaning of this option as described on the driver manual page
http://www.gdal.org/ogr/drv_osm.html is:

"In the data folder of the GDAL distribution, you can find a osmconf.ini
file that can be customized to fit your needs. You can also define an
alternate path with the OSM_CONFIG_FILE configuration option."
