[gdal-dev] GDAL/OGR 1.11.0 Beta1 ready

Even, there seems to be a leftover in the tarball that results in the 
creation of the following manpage:

/usr/share/man/man1/_home_even_gdal_svn_trunk_gdal_tmp_dist_wrk_gdal_apps_.1.gz
