when testing new GFS files for GML driver I found possible bug in the driver.

In this case `nIdx = 1` and `m_nGeometryCount = 0`. The features in
this layer have one or two geometry colums.

</obi:Geometrie>

'DefinicniBod' can be Point or MultiPoint, OriginalniHranice is
MultiSurface (so MultiPolygon). The driver fails when 'Geometrie'
contains only 'OriginalniHranice'. The relevant part of GFS file:
