[gdal-dev] Using ogrinfo and ogr2ogr Behind Proxy

All,

I'm wondering how I can access a WFS with ogrinfo and ogr2ogr from behind my proxy at work.

I've searched on Google and have found reference to "GDAL_HTTP_PROXY=host:port" and "GDAL_HTTP_PROXYUSERPWD=user:pass"

But I'm not sure how I'd use them from the CLI?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
