[gdal-dev] How to get value of Spatial Attributes Ogr Provider

Hi Chaitanya,

QUAPOS is not attribute of feature object of Depth contour. I know that.

But QUAPOS that i searching is spatial attribute of Spatial object. You can
read S57 specification to know Spatial Attribute.
