[gdal-dev] New default value for GDAL_CACHEMAX

Hi,

As discussed recently, I've just commited a change so that GDAL_CACHEMAX 
defaults to 5% of the usable physical RAM instead of the fixed value of 40 MB. 
A debug trace will display the value used in MB.
The value can be customized with "GDAL_CACHEMAX=X" (in MB) as before, or with 
"GDAL_CACHEMAX=X%"

For fun, I've looked at the history of the default value :
- was 5 MB until 2004
- was 10 MB until 2007
- 40 MB since then
