[gdal-dev] GDAL 2.0.0 source-file newline consistency

Craig,

I've converted files with mixed end-of-line characters to the majority one.

My old svn client didn't protest when doing "svn add --force gdal-2.0.0" on 
those files with mixed e-o-l.
