[gdal-dev] GDAL/OGR C# wrapper and UTF8

Hello,

now, for Layer.GetName() I need to use:
Encoding.UTF8.GetString(Encoding.Default.GetBytes(layer.GetName()));
to have correct characters.

Is it a subject of this issue?
