[gdal-dev] GeoTIFF with non-meter linear unit in SRS

Hi,

I've pushed in trunk per https://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/ticket/6210 a fix to 
hopefully address issues when reading GeoTIFF files whose SRS uses non-meter 
linear units (such as us-foot). I'd appreciate if people could confirm it 
doesn't break existing use cases, and hopefully fix cases that didn't work 
before.
