Hi there,

I want to use the version 2.0.1 of gdal via the swig java bindings. I downloaded the windows version and install it on my machine and made my developments. I deployed my program on a Fedora machine. As there is no way (or I haven't found it) to download any Fedora binaries in 2.0.1 version, I compiled it. But when I run my program with windows version of the gdal.jar, I have some errors Unsatisfiedlinkerror. So I built the gdal.jar on the Fedora machine and it works, but I am not satisfied with this as I have to play with 2 versions of gdal.jar.

So my question is, is it possible to have the same gdal.jar for windows and linux platform ? Can I compile the linux version so the binairies will be the same as the windows one and swig interfaces could be the same, which are the compile options ?

Thanks for any reply,

Sebastien
