[gdal-dev] GDAL/OGR 1.11.3 RC2 Available for Review

Hi,

I've issued an RC2 to take into account the reported issues + a few other 
things.

The exact diff with RC1 is :
 * Add support for Poppler >= 0.31.0 (#6118)
 * Fix build with SWIG 3.0.6 (#6045)
 * GTiff: on reading attach PROJ4 extension node for Mercator_Auxiliary_Sphere 
/ WebMercator (#5924)
 * morphFromESRI(): map Mercator_Auxiliary_Sphere to EPSG:3857 (#5924)
