OK, I see. This is quite an unusual formulation of PDF with the mediabox
having a bottom_y < 0 and top_y = 0 (usually you have bottom_y = 0 and top_y >
0)
I've fixed the driver to work correctly (at least it is now consistent with the
Terrago toolbar) with such dataset. Just in that particular case with no PDF
rotation and OGC BP encoding
