Hi,

I've issued a new RC to fix a trunk regression in the logging of debug messages 
(#6487). There are also a few other fixes that stacked up since RC3. I'll call 
for a vote on it Wednesday if nothing serious pops up.

- SQLite dialect: fix insertion in geometry_columns of table names that are not

- ECW: fix reading of ECW in /vsi file systems (with SDK >= 4) (#6482)
- OGR SQL: handle 'fid' as Integer64 in where clause, and allow CAST(fid AS 
bigint) in selected columns (#6484)
- OSM: properly deal with polygons in other_relations geometrycollection 
(#6475)
- KML: fix crash on KML files without content but with nested folders (#6486)
- cpl_error.cpp: initialize gbCatchDebug to true, so that global error 
handlers set with CPLSetErrorHandler() get by default debug messages (#6487)
