I try to maintain my notes on compiling the FileGDB driver on the GDAL 
wiki at https://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/wiki/FileGDB  It would be great if 
you could add to those notes, by adding a section for Docker steps 
directly in the wiki.  Thanks,
