[gdal-dev] Supporting measures in ogrinfo

I committed a change which adds WKT2 as a new option to the -geom 
switch. Setting -geom=WKT2 makes ogrinfo print the geometry using WKT 
according to the new specification ("POINT M (1 2 3)" etc).
