[gdal-dev] Compiling with ECW/JP2ECW support enabled

Indeed, my work fell victim to a path error. My apologies, all. I have
ECW support working for SDK 5.2.1 and Gdal 2.0.2.

Hopefully, the OpenCL issue is similar.
