Hey Aaron,

That sounds great, thanks for your efforts. I especially look forward using
it with Sentinel 2 data, given the size of those images, any performance
increase is welcome.

Btw, whats the reason for not compiling OpenJPEG by default in GDAL? Is it a
licensing thing, or because there are so many alternatives?
