[gdal-dev] GDAL 2.0.2RC4 available for review

Hi,

Another 2.0.2 RC, hopefully the last one, to fix a bug in GPKG raster driver 
potentially causing crashes at dataset closing after overview building.

Changes since 2.0.2RC3:
- fix potential use of freed sqlite temporary DB handle when generating 
overviews with partial tiles (#6335)
