Piotr,
According to http://www.datypic.com/sc/niem21/e-gml32_Curve.html, "The curve
segments are connected to one another, with the end point of each segment
except the last being the start point of the next segment in the segment
list", which is not the case here. Hence the "Non contiguous curves" error
message. So I believe your GML geometry is invalid.
