OSGEO4W offers GDAL 2.0.2, see 
http://download.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/x86_64/versions.html

Gisinternals has GDAL 1.11.3 and 1.11.4 as stable relases, and GDAL 
2.1.0 and GDAL 2.2.0 as development versions. See 
http://www.gisinternals.com/development.php, and follow the information 
link. The MSVC 2008 and 2010 builds have GDAL 2,1,9, and MSVC 2012 and 
2013 has GDAL 2.2.0
