[gdal-dev] GDAL/OGR 2.1.2 RC1 Available for Review

Hi,

I have prepared a GDAL/OGR 2.1.2 release candidate. Please review and test. 
Testing from Mac users will be especially appreciated as currently our MacOSX 
Travis-CI instances do not work (https://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/ticket/6670)
