not completely sure to understand what you want to do.

But you can

1) Create a special XML file that will contain the definition of the WFS 
service:
http://gdal.org/drv_wfs.html

2) You can reference either "WFS:http://" or a .xml file conforming to point 1) 
as the datasource name in a OGR VRT file
