http://www.nws.noaa.gov/mdl/degrib/ bounces you to the new site, but I see
that the old "Download page" (
http://www.nws.noaa.gov/mdl/degrib/download.php) doesn't.

When you get a chance, can you look it over and let us know if you have
specific issues?  Mike Allard (CC'd) is working to pick up the ball on
items that have been dropped of late.
