Hi,

I have prepared a GDAL/OGR 2.1.3 release candidate.

Peek up an archive among the following ones (by ascending size):

The GRASS plugin has received a few updates for its build scripts:

A snapshot of the gdalautotest suite is also available :

I'll call for a vote promoting it to final in the middle of next week if no
